Escrow Payment Tool

The Escrow Payment tool allows contractors to deposit money into their organization's escrow account. The money in this account may then be applied to certain fees across multiple cases that the contractor has active.

PREREQUISITES:

  • The first time you open Respond, you need to add any apps or pages you need or want to access. For example, use the Route menu option to add a menu item that navigates to the Asset Details, License Management tool, Download Reports, and other pages. See Add Menu Items and Edit Item Fields for more information.

  • The Contractor and Escrow Payment security functions and their associated sub-functions must be selected for the security role you belong to. See Security Roles in the Admin Guide for Trimble Unity Maintain and Trimble Unity Permit for more information.
  • Administrators must designate which fees associated with the case template can be paid using funds from a contractor's escrow account. See Configure Escrow Fees in the Admin Guide for Trimble Unity Maintain and Trimble Unity Permit for more information.
