Remove an Asset from an Service Request

Assets that are no longer relevant to the service request can be removed.

  1. Open the service request.
  2. Scroll to the Assets panel.

TIP: You can filter the list of records displayed. See Filter Records for more information.

  1. Select an asset from the list.
  2. Click Delete selected records.

  1. Click Delete on the confirmation panel.
