Edit Call Information

Call information can be changed if needed.

  1. Open the service request.
  2. Click Callers from the activity toolbar.

TIP: You can filter the list of records displayed. See Filter Records for more information.

  1. Select the caller from the Callers panel.

  1. Make the desired changes in the Caller Information panel.
  2. Click Save in the upper-right corner.
