Search for Tasks

Use Task Manager to locate tasks assigned to a user by date range. From here, you can view task details, update information, and save changes.

PREREQUISITES:

  • The first time you open Respond, you need to add any apps or pages you need or want to access. For example, use the Route menu option to add a menu item that navigates to the Asset Details, License Management tool, and other pages. See Add Menu Items and Edit Item Fields for more information.
  1. The Login Id automatically populates with the user's login, but can be changed by clicking a different ID from the drop-down list.

TIP: You can also clear the Login Id to search for tasks solely based on the Date Range.

  1. Select the calendar icon. A panel opens and defaults to today's date, but can be changed.

  • Today: This shows any tasks with a target start date of the current date.
  • This week: This shows any tasks with a target start date within the current week.
  • This Month: This shows any tasks with a target start date within the current month.
  • This Year: This shows any tasks with a target start date within the current year.
  • Use the calendar icon next to the Date Start and Date End fields to select a custom time period. This shows any tasks with a target start date within the selected date range.
  1. Click Apply.

The search results automatically update based on the criteria entered. See Task Manager Fields for an explanation of the Task Manager panel fields.
