Search for Tasks

Use Task Manager to locate tasks assigned to a user by date range. Tasks are divided into Scheduled and Completed tabs. You can complete a task, mark a task as important, show the task on the map, route tasks, and cancel the task from the Scheduled tab. If you are signed in as the Assigned To user, you can reorder your task sequence by using the drag and drop function.

PREREQUISITES:

  • The first time you open Respond, you need to add any apps or pages you need or want to access. For example, use the Route menu option to add a menu item that navigates to the Asset Details, License Management tool, and other pages. See Add Menu Items and Edit Item Fields for more information.
  • Users must have the View permission selected under Case Admin > Business Case in Admin to see tasks. See Security Roles in the Admin Guide for Trimble Unity Maintain and Trimble Unity Permit for more information.
