Task Manager Fields
The following fields are found in the Task Manager panel.
- Route TasksThis plots the location of all tasks with XY coordinates on the map and uses the map's Routing tool to display the suggested travel path.
- Calculate Distances: This automatically determines the real-world driving distance to each task, using your current location as the starting point.
IMPORTANT: There may be a cost associated with calculating distances depending in the type of routing service used.
- Search field: Begin typing in the search field to narrow the result list. See Filter by Task Type for more information.
- All Filters: This opens a panel showing all applied filters. See All Filters for more information.
- Time Period: This field automatically populates with today's date. To change the date, select a new date range from the drop-down list.
- Assigned To: This automatically populates with the current user. To change the user, click the drop-down list and select a different user.
- Column icon: Select to customize which columns are visible in the table.
- Scheduled: Tasks that are available to be worked on.
- Completed: Tasks that are complete.
- Task Name: The name configured for the task.
- Location: The physical location of the case.
- Location Notes: Notes about the exact location of the case.
- Unit: Specifies a location by unit number.
- Task Type: There are three task types available: Review, Inspection, and Hearing.
- Distance (Miles): The distance between tasks in miles.
- Distance (Kilometers): The distance between tasks in kilometers
- Target Start Date: The estimated start date and time of the task.
- Target End Date: The estimated completion date and time of the task.
- Actual Start Date: The actual start date and time of the task.
- Actual End Date: The actual end date and time of the task.
- Date Completed: The date and time the task is completed.
- Result: The outcome of the task after the work has been performed.
- Case Status: The status of the case providing a visual summary of the case's progress in the workflow.
- Case Tag: A free-form label for the activity a case is associated with. This can be useful in tracking and organizing large projects that include many different cases.
- Case Number: A unique numerical identifier used to track and search for cases.
- Three dots icon: Click to manage tasks.
- Complete Task: Select the result of the task. See Complete a Task for more information.
- Mark as Important: Mark the case as important with a red flag. See Mark as Important and Reorder Tasks for more information.
- Show on Map: Show a task on the map. See Show on the Map for more information.
- Cancel Task: Remove a task. See Remove a Task for more information.
