Task Reports

The Task Reports section allows you to select a task level report to print.

PREREQUISITES:

  • The first time you open Respond, you need to add any apps or pages you need or want to access. For example, use the Route menu option to add a menu item that navigates to the Asset Details, License Management tool, and other pages. See Add Menu Items and Edit Item Fields for more information.
  • Reports need to be associated to the case task by the administrator. See the Task Reports section of Configure Task Results in the Admin Guide for Trimble Unity Maintain and Trimble Unity Permit for more information.

IMPORTANT: Crystal Reports are no longer supported in Respond for printing cases. These reports can only be printed using ActiveReports. See Reports for more information.

  1. Open Task Manager and perform a search. See Search for Tasks for more information on performing a search.
  2. Click Task Reports by the task. Depending on the size of your browser, you may need to click the More options icon.
  3. Select a report from the Task Reports drop-down list.

NOTE: The Task Reports name must match the System Reports name to download the report.
