Query Action Types
Query actions allow users to interact with widgets on a dashboard. Different query actions appear depending on the type of query selected for a widget. For example, if the query is a work order, only the Open WO(s) query action is available from the Actions drop-down list. See Add a Widget for more information on adding a widget to a Dashboard and setting actions for a widget.
The following query actions are available for the query types listed.
Common Query Actions
The following common actions are available across many query types:
Case
- Open Case(s)
- Show Case(s) on Map
- Open Related WO(s)
Inspection
- Open Inspection(s)
- Show Insp(s) on Map
Service Request
- Open SR(s)
- Show SR(s) on Map
Work Order
- Open WO(s)
- Show WO(s) on Map
Transaction History Query
The following actions are available when a Transaction History query is used in a widget.
NOTE: The Open WO(s) action only works if the transaction type is issue or receive and it has an associated work order.

Material Query
The following actions are available when a Material query is used in a widget.

Material Request Query
