Respond Fields/Panels
Field and/or panel visibility may be hidden by default on profiles or is now available to modify for fields/panels that were visible by default. View the fields/panels and the corresponding layout in the following drop-downs. See Make a Control or Panel Visible for more information on making fields and/or panels visible.
Hidden by Default
These fields and/or panels are hidden by default in any profile and must be selected to be made visible.

| Panels on a case | Within Style, enter "Case" in the Layout field. This will filter the list for any layouts that include "Case" within the Layout name. If "Case" is at the beginning of the Layout name, it manages a case panel or other functionality. Look for layouts that are names "Case .... - Add" or "Case ... - Detail" as these modify the panels and fields on panels directly related to cases. |
