Bulk Invite Existing Users to Trimble ID

Once Trimble ID is configured for the site, and an initial account administrator has been established, invites for existing users to join Trimble ID can be sent. When a new user is created, they can be sent an invitation automatically. See Create a Username for more information.

  1. From the home page, click Admin and click Employees.
  2. Select employees from the Employees panel and click the Trimble Cloud tab.
  3. Click Bulk Invite.

  1. Click Invite on the Invite to TID panel.

An email invitation to set up a Trimble ID is sent to the user.
