Set Trimble ID Password Requirements and Authentication Policy
In the Security section in Preferences, Trimble ID administrators need to set up account-level authentication policies, such as password length, complexity, history, and multi-factor authentication requirements.

- From the home page, click Admin and click Preferences.
- Expand the Security section.
- Click TID Account-level data & security.
The Data & Security page opens in a new browser tab.
The default security policies appear in the Authentication Policy Settings panel.
- Click Change requirements to change the security policies for any users who set up passwords for their Trimble ID.
NOTE: If you log in through Single Sign-on (SSO) , then some features are not available, such as changing your email address, password, and multi-factor authentication setup.
