Print Reports

You can print reports associated to a case or a task. If the administrator has associated reports to the case template, they appear on the Main panel of the case summary page. Reports associated to a task can be printed using Task Manager. See Task Reports for information on printing reports associated to a task.

PREREQUISITES:

  • Reports need to be associated to the case template by the administrator. See Configure Reports on a Case Template in the Admin Guide for Trimble Unity Maintain and Trimble Unity Permit for more information.
  • Reports need to be associated to a case task by the administrator. See the Task Reports section of Configure Task Results in the Admin Guide for Trimble Unity Maintain and Trimble Unity Permit for more information.
  • To use ActiveReports to print cases, the PermitId parameter must be set up on the report. See Configure Printing for Case Templates in the Admin Guide for Trimble Unity Maintain and Trimble Unity Permit for more information.

IMPORTANT: Crystal Reports are no longer supported in Respond for printing cases. These reports can only be printed using ActiveReports. See Reports for more information.
