Use Time Accounting on a Task

Time accounting allows you to track the time spent on certain tasks. You can add, update, or remove time accounting information on workflow tasks.

  1. Open a case and navigate to the Workflow panel.
  2. Click Edit Task to the right of the task to open the Edit Task panel.

  1. Click Time Accounting at the bottom of the Edit Task panel to open the Time Accounting section.

From here you can add, update, or remove time accounting information on the task.

  2. From the activity toolbar, click Workflow to open the Workflow page.

  1. Click Edit Task to the right of the task to open the Edit Task panel.

  1. Click Time Accounting at the bottom of the Edit Task panel to open the Time Accounting section.

From here you can add, update, or remove time accounting information on the task.

PREREQUISITES:

  • The first time you open Respond, you need to add any apps or pages you need or want to access. For example, use the Route menu option to add a menu item that navigates to the Asset Details, License Management tool, and other pages. See Add Menu Items and Edit Item Fields for more information.
  1. Open Task Manager and perform a search. See Search for Tasks for more information on performing a search.
  2. Click Time Accounting to open the Time Accounting section.

From here you can add, update, or remove time accounting information on the task.
