Edit Associated Forms

Answers found in forms that have been filled out in Field can be edited on the work activity on the Associated Forms panel.

PREREQUISITES:

  • The form must be added in Admin for the panel to populate. See Smart Forms in the Admin Guide for Trimble Unity Maintain and Trimble Unity Permit for more information.
  • The form must be filled out in Field to edit or remove a form. See Smart Forms in the Trimble Unity Field Guide for more information.
  1. Open the work order. See Open a Work Order for more information.
  1. Scroll to the Associated Form panel.
  2. Open the drop-down list under the name of the form.

  1. Click on the form.

  1. Click Edit.

  1. Edit the form.
  2. Click Update on the Edit Form panel.
