Reset Your Password

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it.

PREREQUISITES:

  • Users must have a valid email in order to reset their password.
  • Email settings must be set up correctly in Admin. See Configure Email Settings for more information.
  1. Click Forgot password on the login page.
  2. Enter your user name in the User name field and click Submit.

Additional instructions are sent to the email address, associated with the user name you entered, to reset the password.

  1. Click the link in the email.
  2. Enter a new password following the password requirements set up by your administrator. See Configure Global Preferences for more information.

IMPORTANT: If the user's account is locked, a domain administrator can unlock the account. See Unlock an Employee for more information.
