Task Panel Fields
The following fields are found in the Add task and Edit Task panels as well as the filter options when Filter Task is selected.

- Starting Milestone: Identifies which starting milestone the task is assigned to. This may automatically populate with the next milestone.
- Ending Milestone: Identifies which ending milestone the task is assigned to.
- Insert Where?: Determines if the task(s) should be inserted before or at the specified milestone.
- Single Task or Group?: Select either individual tasks or a group of tasks to insert into the workflow.
- Filter records: Click to quickly filter the list of fields in the panel.

- Task Code: The unique identifier representing the task.
- Description: The description of the task code.
- Department Code: Identifies the department the task is assigned to.
- Division Code: Identifies the division the task is assigned to.
- Assigned To: The employee assigned to the task.
- Task Available Date: The date the task becomes available.
- Target Start Date: The date the task is estimated to begin.
- Target End Date: The date the task is estimated to be done.
- Actual Start Date: The date the task actually begins.
- Actual End Date: The date the task is actually done.
- Completed Date: The date the task is completed.
- Completed By: The login ID of the employee who marked the task as complete.
- Unit: Specifies a location by unit number.
- Location Notes: Notes about the exact location of the case.
- Task Result: The result code selected for the task.
- Task Type: The type of task, such as inspection, review, or hearing.
- Hearing Type: The type of hearing associated to the case.
- Discipline Code: The type of work needed to complete the task.
- Lead Days: Not currently in use.
- Reschedule After: Not currently in use.
- Work Units: Not currently in use.
- Checklists: Click to add checklist items to workflow tasks. See Checklists for more information.
- Comments: Click to add comments to the task. See Comments for more information.
- Time Accounting: Click to add the time spent on the task. See Time Accounting for more information.
- Rel Docs: Click to add additional information to the task or capture a signature on an inspection. See Attachments for more information.

- Assigned To Me: This shows all tasks that are assigned to the user.
- Available: This shows all tasks that are not completed.
- Completed: This shows all tasks that are completed and the completion date.
- Review: This shows all review task types.
- Inspection: This shows all inspection task types.
- Hearing: This shows all hearing task types.
