View Multiple Service Requests
Multiple service requests can be viewed at the same time.

You can open service requests from a dashboard.
- Open a dashboard. See View a Dashboard for more information.
TIP: You can filter the list of records displayed. See Filter Records for more information.
- Select the service requests you want to view.
- Click Open SR(s).
The selected service requests appear as tabs in ascending numerical order across the top of the Service Request page.
- Click a service request ID to switch to another service request.
- If you selected many service requests, click the arrows at either end of the tabs to display more tabs.

You can open related service requests from an existing service request. See Open a Related Work Activity for more information on opening a child work activity.

You can open service requests from results of a search performed on the Basic Search panel.
- Perform a search. See Perform a Search for more information.

- Click Open Work Activities.
